Voxara started as a personal mission — and grew into a movement. Rehaan, a student from New Jersey, has spent most of his life in music. He has competed in state and regional choirs and performed at Carnegie Hall close to ten times. Music isn't something he does on the side. It's central to who he is.

That's exactly why he started this. Rehaan noticed that the people who could enjoy live music most often had the least access to it. Seniors in care facilities going months without hearing a familiar song. Kids in daycares who never had the chance to bang on a drum or sing out loud. People in rehabilitation who wanted something joyful. He had sat in those rooms himself — performing at bedsides, watching music reach people in a way that words couldn't — and he understood the gap not as an abstract problem, but as something he had witnessed firsthand.

He wanted to fix that. Not in the abstract, and not someday. He founded Voxara as Together in Tune — a single program that connected musicians, school choirs, bands, and solo performers with the facilities that wanted them most. What began with one musician grew into a network bringing live music to people who would otherwise go without.

But as the platform grew, something else became clear. The gap Rehaan had seen in music existed everywhere — in senior centers with no one to run a game of bingo, in students who needed a tutor and couldn't find one, in grandparents who couldn't get a video call to connect. The model he had built for music could carry far beyond it. So during development, Voxara changed shape. It became The Hub: one account, one inbox, and one confirmed service-hour record across every kind of volunteer work a young person could join. Together in Tune still runs as the flagship music program, and Game Day, Tech Bridge, Bright Minds, Launchpad, and Discovery Lab are live now — each built on the same promise of real connections and confirmed hours.

Voxara is a student-led volunteer platform. Rehaan sees it as the complete picture: bring music and companionship to people who want it today, and make sure future generations can take part tomorrow.
